We walk the property daily and sweep driveways and interior hallways of the climate controlled building. When a client moves out of a storage space, we take the steps necessary to ensure that the unit is ready for the next person renting the space. At Murrayville Self Storage, we believe it is OUR responsibility to make sure the storage space is ready for you. Any time someone vacates a storage space, we go through a very detailed process to make sure you feel good about where you are keeping your things:
- Inspect for damage and make necessary repairs
- Wipe down walls with cleaning solution
- Sweep and wet-mop floor with cleaning solution
- Apply fresh pest control inside the storage space
- Wipe down the door and threshold
